We reply within one working day. Tell us your organisation, the screen you were on, and what you expected to happen — that's usually enough to find it without a back-and-forth.
Can't sign in
Eiro Work accounts are set up by your organisation's administrator, so the fastest route is usually your supervisor — they can confirm the account exists and that your email is the one on it.
- Use the same email address your employer uses for you.
- Forgotten your password? Tap Reset password on the sign-in screen.
- If the sign-in page loads but rejects you, your account may not be active yet — check with your administrator.
Clock-in says I'm not on site
Clock-in confirms your location against the site on the work order. If it won't accept you:
- Check location permission is granted — device Settings → Eiro Work → Location.
- Give GPS a moment outdoors; accuracy is poor inside vehicles and chambers.
- If the site's location on the work order is wrong, tell your supervisor — it's fixed office-side.
Automatic arrive and leave detection
The app can detect arriving at and leaving a work site on its own, so you aren't tapping a phone mid-shift. It's off until you accept it, and the app works fully without it — you just clock in and out yourself.
- Turn it on or off in Settings → Automatic clock-in.
- It needs the "Always" location permission; "While Using" isn't enough for detection when the app is closed.
- What it collects and why is set out in the privacy policy.
Photos won't attach
- Grant camera and photo permissions — device Settings → Eiro Work.
- Photos upload in the background; on a weak signal they retry rather than fail. Staying on the job for a moment lets them finish.
- Low storage on the device can stop a capture. Free some space and retry.
Not getting notifications
- Allow notifications for Eiro Work in device settings.
- Battery-saver and Focus/Do Not Disturb modes will hold them back.
- Signing out on one device stops notifications for that device only.
Delete my account
In the app: Me → Delete my account. That starts a request to remove your account and personal data. You can also email privacy@eirowork.com directly.
Some operational records — timesheets and similar — are held on your employer's behalf and are subject to statutory retention, so deleting those may need to be coordinated with them. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is kept and for how long.
Reporting something urgent
For anything affecting safety or a live incident, follow your organisation's own reporting procedure first. Email us as well if the app itself is involved, and mark the subject Urgent.
