EiroWork

Terms of Use

Last updated: 13 August 2026

Eiro Work is business software licensed to organisations. If your employer has a signed agreement with Amelio Utilities Limited, that agreement governs the service and prevails over these terms wherever the two differ. These terms cover your individual use of the app.

1. Who may use Eiro Work

Eiro Work is provided to organisations for their workforce. You may use it if an organisation has issued you an account, or if you have registered with a work email address on a domain that organisation has verified. It is not intended for personal use, and not for anyone under 16.

2. Your account

Your account is issued to you and is not to be shared. Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and tell your administrator promptly if you believe someone else has used your account. Your organisation's administrator can suspend or remove your access at any time.

3. Acceptable use

4. Your organisation's data

Work records you create belong to your employer, not to us. We process them on your employer's instructions as described in the privacy policy. Your employer can access, export, correct and delete those records, including ones you created.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and to warn of planned maintenance where we can, but the app is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation unless your organisation's agreement says otherwise. Features may change as the product develops.

6. Location features

Location is used to confirm you are on site when clocking in, and — only if you accept the background-location notice — to detect arriving at and leaving assigned sites. You may decline or later withdraw that consent and continue using the app. See the privacy policy for detail.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its design and its underlying software are owned by Amelio Utilities Limited. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for your work while your account is active. No other rights are granted.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, and except as set out in your organisation's agreement with us, we are not liable to you individually for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.

9. Ending access

Your access ends when your organisation removes your account or its agreement with us ends. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time — see the privacy policy, or use Me → Delete my account in the app.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
